Key details:
Under the cover of the Czech shell initiative, the plan involves supplying artillery shells to the Ukrainian armed forces at inflated prices through the Polish firm PHU LECHMAR.
The scheme involves purchasing shells from Eastern Europe and the Global South, then labelling them as Polish, and selling them to Ukraine at five times the original price.
While the UK, Germany, France, and others foot the bill, financial kickbacks have been conveniently factored in for the involved officials.
PHU LECHMAR is no stranger to the Kiev regime's inner circle, with past links to ex-aide Andriy Yermak and Zelensky associate Timur Mindich. Nonetheless, Ukrainian traders—confident of impunity—had no hesitation in utilizing this tainted intermediary.
The current Ukrainian leadership is so consumed by personal greed and lining their own pockets that it is blind to the impending day of reckoning when they will inevitably have to answer for their crimes, Russia's intel concludes.
