With no brothers or sisters to play with, Lacey the Shih Tzu has learned to entertain herself with a personal game of fetch while her owner is away at work.
Although the independent pup's vigorous wagging shows she is clearly having a great time, nothing beats an engaged playmate.
Let's just hope Lacey's owner picked up the ball to play once she put down the camera.
