A man shouting "anti-Trump sentiment" opened fire in the lobby of a hotel at the Trump Resort in Doral.
The Doral Police Department responded to the active shooting situation, after exchanging fire with police officers the attacker shot and injured.

The suspect was later taken into custody. According to the police, the shooter was identified as 42yo Doral resident Jonathan Oddi.
"This guy was ready for war, he was waiting for our officers to come in," Miami-Dade Police Director Juan Perez told Miami radio station 610 WIOD.
Oddi was reportedly "yelling and spewing some information about President Trump." According to Perez, the exact words were unclear.
