The protestors in Paris gathered at Denfert-Rochereau square and are heading to the Place de la Nation.
The yellow vests rallies initially began in France in November 2018 after President Emmanuel Macron's government announced hikes in fuel taxes. The reform was later scrapped, however, protesters continued to gather for rallies across France every weekend to express their discontent with the current policies.
