Elton John Admires Ellen DeGeneres for Standing up to Criticism About Friendship with Bush Jr

The flamboyant singer added: “George Bush has made a lot of mistakes. I made a lot of mistakes. Ellen DeGeneres has made a lot of mistakes. People need to come together. They need to respect people's view on life”.

Given the fact that John is now promoting his autobiography "Me", which came out on 15 October, perhaps he should have thought twice before defending DeGeneres, because many people were furious.
