Republican Senator Mitt Romney told the press on Monday that he had to go to hospital over the weekend, and is now recovering after he "took a fall" while in Boston visiting his son and grandchildren.
"Oh my goodness. I went to CPAC. That was a problem", the politician joked, when asked about how he got his injury, adding that he is "feeling better" now.

The senator was called out by Donald Trump during the Sunday conference, as the ex-president criticised Romney and other Republicans who voted to impeach him, adding that "the Democrats don't have grandstanders like Mitt Romney" and others.
