12:41 GMT 21.02.2022 (Updated: 12:42 GMT 21.02.2022) MOSCOW (Sputnik) - The defence readiness condition (Defcon) of the US armed forces has reached level 3 amid escalation on the Ukraine-Russia border, among other factors, the Defcon Level Warning System, a private organisation monitoring military readiness and terrorist and nuclear threats to the United States, reported.
