Day Two: World Leaders Speak at UN HQ in NY for 73rd General Assembly (VIDEO)

Each day of the General Assembly general debate continues in two parts. The morning session starts at 9 am (13:00 GMT) and runs until 2.45 pm (18:45 GMT). The afternoon sessions start at 3 pm (19:00 GMT) and run until 9 pm (01:00 GMT).
