MOSCOW, February 26 (RIA Novosti) - The official dollar rate set by the Russian Central Bank from February 27 is 24.4558 rubles, down 1.05 kopeks from Tuesday, the Central Bank said.
The official euro rate for Wednesday is 36.1921 rubles, down 3.27 kopeks from Tuesday.
