Russia's second largest airline Transaero will receive 12 Boeing 747-400s in twin-class configuration by the end of 2012, the company said on Wednesday.
Transaero has previously bought one 521-seat Boeing 747-400 which is used on tourist routes.
The company also plans to buy four 373-seat Boeing 777-300s, in four class configuration, including imperial, business, premium economy and tourist classes, in 2011. Transaero will use the aircraft on international and internal routes, particularly in Russia's Far East.
