Anders Behring Breivik, the Norwegian mass murdering terrorist who killed 77 people in Oslo and Utøya in July 2011, has announced he is waging a hunger strike until death to protest what he calls a “drastic deterioration of prison conditions” since last month, The Local of Norway reported.

Breivik, who is serving a 21-year sentence for the car bombing of the government quarter Regjeringskvartalet in Oslo that resulted in 8 deaths, then the mass execution of 69 members of the Workers’ Youth League summer camp on the island of Utøya, is complaining that he is being kept in isolation that he is only allowed to leave for an hour a day.

As a result, Breivik complains, he had to drop out of this University of Oslo political science class because “studying and corresponding is not humanly possible under such circumstances.”

“The studies, which were made possible for only thirteen full days before the Minister of Justice put an end to them, were the only thing I had,” Breivik penned to his attorney Oystein Storrvik, who is suing Norway for “human rights violations,” he told the Dagbladet newspaper.

Breivik has had no shortage of complaints about his conditions: cold coffee, and the brutal, sadistic limitations on what kind of a pens he can use.

He also threatened to starve himself last year to get his Playstation 2 upgraded to a Playstation 3.

Utøya victim Emma Martinovic watched dozens of her friends get slaughtered, and was herself shot in the arm as she tried to swim away from Breivik under the water as he laughed and taunted her from the shore where he was shooting from.

“You don’t know what it means to have a hard time,” Martinovic told news.com.au, an Australian publication. “Shut the f*ck up and take your punishment.”
