No Evidence Orlando Massacre 'Directed From Abroad' - Obama
MOSCOW (Sputnik) — On Sunday, US national Omar Mateen killed 49 people and injured 53 others at Pulse gay nightclub in Orlando. The Orlando massacre has become the deadliest mass shooting in the history of the United States, surpassing the death toll from the 2007 incident at Virginia Tech university, which claimed 32 lives.

"The homophobic massacre in Orlando targeted America and its freedoms: the freedom to live your sexual orientation and choose your lifestyle," Hollande said.

On Sunday, Hollande expressed his "horror" over a mass shooting that left 49 people dead and 53 others wounded at the Pulse nightclub in Florida, becoming the deadliest such event in recent US history. The attacker was shot down in an exchange of fire with a police assault unit.
