MOSCOW, December 10 (RIA Novosti) - A newborn baby was found abandoned in a TV box in southeast Moscow, a police spokesman said on Monday.
The baby, wrapped in a blanket, was discovered on a ninth floor stairway of an apartment block by a resident, the spokesman said.
