"We are in talks about the delivery of the medication to the countries of Latin America, such as Mexico, South Africa and Commonwealth of Independent States," Mladentsev said.
According to Mladentsev, Areplivir will be available in internet pharmacies in Russia on Saturday and may appear on the shelves of regular pharmacies in Moscow on Monday.
"The recommended price is 12,320 rubles [$164]," he said.
According to the company's head, the price is unlikely to change significantly in the near future.
Areplivir was approved by the Russian Health Ministry in late June.
