Donald Trump said he had signed a disaster proclamation in response to a severe hurricane in Texas.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — US President Donald Trump announced on Friday night he had signed a disaster proclamation in response to a severe hurricane that is moving onshore in Texas.

"At the request of the Governor of Texas, I have signed the Disaster Proclamation, which unleashes the full force of government help!" Trump tweeted.
