New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has stated that his brother Chris has tested positive for COVID-19 and that he will be self-isolating.
"He will be fine. I spoke to him this morning and he’s going to be quarantined in his basement in his home", the governor said.
Chris Cuomo, a CNN anchor, earlier confirmed that he had tested positive for the coronavirus on Twitter.

As the number of coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in the US state of New York has climbed to 66,497, field hospitals are starting to open all over the state.
To relieve the pressure put on state hospitals amid the high influx of COVID-19 patients, the Jacob K. Javits Convention Centre, located in Midtown Manhattan, started operating as a 1,000-bed field hospital on 30 March.
The same say, the US Navy hospital ship Comfort docked in Manhattan to free up hospital space by providing 1,000 beds to treat non-coronavirus patients.
