ULAN-BATOR, January 13 (RIA Novosti correspondent Sergei Zelentsov) - At the end of negotiations with his Mongolian counterpart Luvsangiin Erdenechuluun, Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Igor Ivanov said that the introduction of a visa-free system between Russia and Mongolia must remain on the agenda. Mr. Ivanov is on a two-day official visit to Mongolia.

According to Mr. Ivanov, the introduction of a visa-free system must become a guiding point for Moscow and Ulan-Bator. At the same time, according to the Russian minister, a lot of questions must be examined for this decision to be realized.

"We will move in two directions," Mr. Ivanov noted. "On the one hand, we will attempt to establish a visa-free system with Mongolia, on the other hand, we will follow the path of simplification of the already existing visa system."
