MOSCOW, January 15, 2004. /RIA Novosti/. Palestinian Foreign Minister Nabil Shaath will pay a routine visit to Russia on January 21, the press and information department of the Russian Foreign Ministry told RIA Novosti on Thursday.
Nabil Shaath is expected to hold talks with his Russian counterpart Igor Ivanov in Moscow.
"They will focus on the situation in the Middle East, in particular, the Palestinian-Israeli settlement. In addition, the two ministers will discuss a wide range of international and regional issues of mutual interest," the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
