MOSCOW, JANUARY 26 ( RIA NOVOSTI CORR. ANNA BOBINA, ALEXANDER BARATERSKY) - The Russo-American relations have a strong basis, US Secretary of State, Colin Powell said at the talks with Russian Foreign Minister Igor Ivanov on Monday in Moscow.
I think the meeting between our presidents last autumn should inspire us, Powell said.
They instructed us to develop cooperation not only between foreign policy departments but also between all other agencies, he said.
