As Mr. Ivanov said to the media, the agenda concerned Mideastern developments, the situation around Iraq, progress in nuclear issues-in particular, in the Korean context, Moldovan settlement, and Russia-NATO partnership. The negotiators discussed all those issues in great detail.
Reciprocal efforts brought spectacular progress in every field of Russo-US relations, which rest on a basis firm enough to overcome together all differences that have arisen or may yet arise on certain matters, said Igor Ivanov, and stressed that his point found ample proof in current practice.
