MOSCOW, January 29 (RIA Novosti) - A source in the Russian government has denied the information that all higher judicial bodies will soon be based in St. Petersburg instead of Moscow.
"The ministries are only starting to discuss the expediency of this decision, so it is extremely premature to say it was already made," the source told RIA Novosti.
According to him, this issue is being considered "in general," because the government and public of St. Petersburg put forth a proposal to transfer a number of government offices to their city.
