DERBENT (DAGHESTAN), JANUARY 29 (RIA NOVOSTI) - Before 2007 Russia's southern borders must be fully built up, FSB director said to reporters after a working conference of the State Border Commission on the building up of the border in the North Caucasian region.
"We attach special importance to the development of the Russian southern border," Patrushev said. It is no simple matter because much work has to be done, he said.
"It is planned to create a border meeting all the requirements of today," stressed the FSB director.
