BERLIN, February 2, 2004 (RIA Novosti correspondent Alexander Polotski) - The German foreign minister, Yoshka Fisher will visit Kaliningrad and Moscow February 11-12, the German Foreign Ministry reported on Monday.
On February 12, Mr. Fisher plans to meet with his Russian counterpart Igor Ivanov in Moscow.
The focus of the negotiations will be international and bilateral questions, the German Foreign Ministry noted.
In Kaliningrad, Mr. Fisher will present Cornelius Zommer, the first German consul general to the city.
