MOSCOW, FEBRUARY 6, 2004. (RIA NOVOSTI) - A man whose identikit has been circulated by law-enforcement bodies is viewed as a possible accomplice in the act of terrorism in the Moscow underground, said Moscow police chief Vladimir Pronin.
All the Moscow police units, including investigation and operation groups, have assumed a 24-hour work routine, said Pronin.
He added that the Moscow regional, transport and air police are also helpful.
The identikit shows a 40-45-year-old robust man looking like a native of the Caucasus, about 170 cm. tall. The one on the photo wore a medium black jacket and a winter black sports hat trimmed with grey fur.
