MUNICH, February 7 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov believes the terrorist act in Moscow "has a political background and is connected with the forthcoming presidential elections," the minister told journalists in Munich.
He emphasized that Russia will not accept any negotiations with terrorists.
An explosion took place in the Moscow subway Friday morning. 39 people died and 134 were wounded.
