MOSCOW, FEBRUARY 11 (RIA Novosti) - President Mikhail Saakashvili of Georgia, currently on visit to Moscow, has invited President Vladimir Putin of the host country on a return visit.
As an available understanding has it, Russia's President will go to Georgia in fall 2004 to sign a bilateral framework treaty, Mr. Saakashvili announced to a news conference tonight.
