"The strategic command and staff exercises drew close attention of intelligence services of different states, whose activity was registered," the press service told RIA Novosti.
"The flight of the Norwegian reconnaissance aircraft Orion in the area of anti-aircraft missile launches caused certain anxiety," a press service representative said.
In his words, this took place despite the fact that the district where exercises were held was declared dangerous in accordance with international norms.
