MOSCOW, FEBRUARY 20, 2004, RIA NOVOSTI - Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov has taken tax reform off the agenda of the Feb. 26 Cabinet session, the Russian Government Information Board told RIA Friday.
The Board refused to give any reasons behind the move, but hinted that explanations may come some time in the future.
