According to him, three people were hospitalized.
German Unger Company built the Metro supermarket. According to Sergei Tsoi, the Moscow government issued the construction license to it.
He assumed that the construction company did not take into account Russian climate peculiarities.
Rescue operations at the emergency site were completed. 8 cars were found under the obstructions.
