BEIJING, February 28, 2004. (RIA Novosti special correspondent). North Korea bears responsibility for no progress at the six-sided talks on the USA.
According to head of the North Korean delegation Kim Gye-gwan, the North Korean side was taking sincere and flexible efforts to achieve success in the second round of the talks, but no progress was achieved because of the US firm position.
The possibility of inspections at the North Korean nuclear objects will be discussed during the next round, Kim Gye-gwan told a press conference.
