VLADIKAVKAZ, February 28, 2004. (RIA Novosti correspondent Vladimir Gutnov). Speaker of the North Osetian parliament Taimuraz Mamsurov is concerned for the situation around the main suspected of the murder of the Skyguide air traffic controller.
"Our compatriot Vitaly Kaloyev is among the suspects of the murder," the speaker told RIA Novosti.
According to Mamsurov, on Saturday he faxed Russian ambassador to Switzerland Dmitry Cherkashin asking him to attract the best Swiss lawyers at any conditions if Kaloyev's involvement in the murder is confirmed.
Mamsurov and the ambassador agreed on further coordination of actions, the speaker said.
