KHABAROVSK, MARCH 13 (RIA Novosti) - 12 OSCE (Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe) observers will monitor presidential elections in the Khabarovsk territory March 13.
All observers have already arrived in Khabarovsk, people at the territorial election commission said here today.
According to the territorial election commission, 820 polling stations will be opened all over the Khabarovsk territory March 14, with 23 regional election commissions keeping an eye on elections.
As of January 1, 2004, the Khabarovsk territory had about 1.1 million registered voters.
More than 3,500 people, i.e. those living in remote areas and sailors aboard 31 ships, have already voted in advance.
