GROZNY, March 14 (RIA Novosti). Bombs were blown up at two electoral districts in the Sunzha District of Chechnya in the morning of March 14, reports the republic's central election commission. "The explosions took place at 8:30 and 8:35 in the settlement of Sernovodskaya," said a commission official. No human lives were lost or material damage was done by the explosions, which only broke windows in the school buildings where the elections were held. After a 30-minutes pause the electoral districts resumed their work.
