In his view, bilateral cooperation is a more promising method than establishing supranational organizations for this purpose. "Any supranational anti-terrorist systems lead to losses in the efficiency of this work, Bruguiere said, who for this reason views "very skeptically" the idea of establishing supranational antiterrorist organizations.
If, after all, the countries of the world decide establishing such organizations, Bruguiere said, it must be realized that they will "have to renounce part of their sovereignty."
