TBILISI, March 23, 2004. (RIA Novosti). On Monday Georgian President Mikhail Saakashvili met with Head of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Yevgeny Primakov, currently on a three-day visit to Tbilisi. Primakov is also scheduled to meet with Georgian Prime Minister, Foreign Minister and President of the Georgian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Saakashvili's press service told RIA Novosti.
The Georgian side offers to develop relations with Russia in energy, trade, tourism and telecommunications spheres and calls on Russian businessmen to invest into Georgian economy, the press service said.
