MOSCOW, March 23 (RIA Novosti) - The Russian government will soon determine the terms, way and order of privatization of the state-held package of shares of the Lukoil company, Russian Economic Development and Trade Minister German Gref told journalists. The cabinet will issue a special decree to this effect, said the minister.
German Gref said he knows nothing about the possibility to postpone the terms of privatization of the Lukoil state-held package of shares from 2004 until 2005.
The Lukoil package is mentioned in the 2004 privatization plan. The state owns 7.6% of the company's stock.
