The Public Forum of the Peoples of the Caucasus and Russia's South will take place here on March 25-26. The Russian president will participate. On Friday, March 26, Vladimir Putin will attend a plenary session.
A conference of the Russian president with leaders of regions of the South Federal District will be held within the framework of the forum. A number of separate meetings with Russian South governors and other events will take place as well.
Representatives of public organizations, different faiths, scientists, heads of educational establishments, representatives of national-cultural societies, art associations, veteran organizations, Cossack troops, writers, governors of Russian South regions, heads of some municipalities and major industrial enterprises, as well as health care organizations are among the forum participants.
This is a first suchlike forum. Over 200 people will take part in it.
A number of other events with Vladimir Putin's participation is planned in Sochi too.
