MOSCOW, March 25, 2004 (RIA Novosti) - Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Fradkov has ordered to reveal difficulties, which the government may come up against while implementing their plans.
The scenario-based conditions for Russia's socio-economic development for 2005-2007 advanced by the Economic Development and Trade Ministry do not need major adjustments, Alexander Zharov, the premier's press spokesman, quoted Mr Fradkov as saying at a government meeting today.
However, it is necessary to outline measures to deal with possible predicaments that may surface during the next stage - forecasts, according to the premier.
The government may face difficulties while working to improve the wellbeing of, above all, people living behind the poverty line, to boost GDP and Russia's competitiveness on the world market, predicted Mr Fradkov.
"This is the government's main objective," said Mr Fradkov.
