"We should boost the adoption process and work out the scheme of further joint activities. Integration expectations of the two brotherly nations cannot be exploited for such a long time," Mr. Gryzlov told journalists on Thursday.
The adoption of the Constitutional Act would form a legal basis for the union's parliament and help to solve other vital civil, legislative and economic problems of the union's building, Mr. Gryzlov stressed.
The adoption of the 2004 draft budget of Russia-Belarus Union is the main result of the 25th session of the Parliamentary Assembly, the speaker said adding that the budget can be already implemented.
The next 26th session of the Parliamentary Assembly will take place in Brest (Belarus) from June 24 to 25, he added.
