GROZNY, March 29, 2004. (RIA Novosti). Local residents found bodies of five murdered men in the basement of half-ruined house near the former tram depot in Grozny's Leninsky district on Monday, a source in the Chechen Interior Ministry told RIA Novosti.
According to him, the men died of numerous wounds. There are young and elderly ones among them.
"The forensic experts are trying to fix the time and cause of their death. The bodies are being identified. The prosecutor's office is in charge with the investigation," the source said.
