CISINAU, MARCH 29. (RIA NOVOSTI). -- The Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe invites the authorities of Transdnestria to ensure for its experts monitoring of the withdrawal of Russian weapons and not to violate the agreements reached earlier and the generally-recognised democratic norms, OSCE mission head in Moldova William Hill told reporters on Monday.

We should monitor observance of the entire process of loading the weapons in the train, Hill said.

To him, experts of the OSCE mission are only admitted to the Kobasna arms depots when a train has been loaded. We cannot see what lies in closed boxes, the diplomat explained.

Hill accused the leadership of Transdnestria of a refusal to admit OSCE experts to the premises of the Kobasna arms depots way back last Tuesday.

After that, the Foreign Ministry of the self-proclaimed republic of Transdnestria said that limitations for the OSCE representatives to visit Transdnestria do exist but nobody was going to ban the experts to monitor the loading of the train in Kobasna.

Hill has called misinformation this statement by the Transdnestrian Foreign Ministry.
