MOSCOW, March 30, 2004 (RIA Novosti correspondent) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has appointed Russian envoys and their deputies to the Business Consultative Council of the APEC forum for 2004-2006.
According to the Kremlin press service, Chairman of the Board of the Bazovy Element company Oleg Deripaska, Vice Chairman of the Gazprom Board Yuri Komarov, and Chairman of the Vneshtorgbank board Andrei Kostin have been appointed the Russian envoys.
First Deputy Chairman of the Gazprom Foreign Ties Department Sergei Balashov, Deputy Chairman of Vneshtorgbank Vladimir Dmitriyev, and Deputy Director General of the Bazovy Element company Georgy Oganov have been appointed their deputies.
