The bill also contains the appeal to Russia to suspend nuclear cooperation with Iran and not to conclude the agreement on nuclear fuel supplies to the Bushehr reactor until Teheran has fulfilled a set of terms.
Such terms are full and verifiable end of Iran's work to create nuclear weapons, including full end of the uranium processing and enrichment, as well as plutonium processing.
Upon the committee's approval, the bill was passed for voting to the House of Representatives in full composition.
At a press conference in Moscow on March 31, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said that Russian-Iranian cooperation, including in the nuclear field, is immune to change in the situation.
"Iran is our neighbour, our major partner in the anti-terrorist coalition. Our cooperation is immune to change in the situation, including in the nuclear area", Lavrov said.
"We believe that Iran is by right developing the peaceful nuclear energy sector, which is in line with the IAEA rules", he added. "Our Iranian partners agree with that".
