MOSCOW, April 12 (RIA Novosti) - On Wednesday, April 14 during his visit to Ireland Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov will meet with the European Union Troika in Dublin, says the communique of the Press and Information Board of the Russian Foreign Ministry, which has come to hand at RIA Novosti on Monday.
"During the upcoming talks, it is supposed to talk interaction between Russia and the EU in the conditions of the expansion and transformation of the European Union, touch upon problems of preparations for the Russia-EU summit, due in Moscow on May 21, consider a wide range of international questions", reads the Foreign Ministry communique.
The April 14 meeting will be attended by, alongside Sergei Lavrov, the foreign minister of the EU chair country (Ireland), EU High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy Javier Solana and EU Supreme Commissioner for External Relations Christopher Patten.
