MOSCOW, April 14 (RIA Novosti) - Russia's prime minister Mikhail Fradkov does not rule out a switchover to medium-term planning in the future. "This is a subject to be discussed", he said to journalists at the Federation Council.
The next government's session will discuss a reform of budget planning. "Proposals on this issue are being prepared," Mr. Fradkov said.
The prime minister also recalled that the drafting of the 2005 budget had already been started.
