MOSCOW, April 17 (RIA Novosti) - Sergei Karaganov, the chairman of the presidium of the Foreign and Defense Policy Council, points to the necessity to create a specialized body to protect compatriots' rights.
"It's necessary to create a special organization engaged in protection of the rights, including in the legal aspect, of compatriots," Karaganov told RIA Novosti.
He also paid attention to the necessity to protect the rights of migrants coming to Russia because they, in his words, are very useful for the country.
In the opinion of the Russian political scientist, a specialized body to protect the rights of compatriots must be created under the auspices of the state, and financing must be rendered by the state as well. As an example, Karaganov cited the British Council.
