MOSCOW, April 26 (RIA Novosti) - Russia has toughened measures against the spread of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) on its border in the wake of new SARS cases in China.
Gennady Onishchenko, Russia's chief sanitary official, has issued a relevant decree, the federal service overseeing consumer rights observance and population's wellbeing told RIA Novosti.
