MOSCOW, April 26 (RIA Novosti) - We should prevent the situation in Adzharia from developing into an armed conflict, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Valery Loshchinin said to reporters on Monday.
We should do our best to prevent this. It is crucial, he said.
"We should rule out the unacceptable language of threats which creates an unfavourable atmosphere around negotiations on this issue," said the Russian diplomat.
