The agreement extension has settled many Russia-EU problems. Those economic stumbling blocks used to harass partnership in other fields. Now, it has fine prospects. Russia and the European Union have made a number of practical understandings on those tentative environments, of which Mr. Hirdman highlighted domestic and international security. He called to step up contacts, proceeding from the available understandings.
