TEHRAN, May 23 (RIA Novosti) - The International Atomic Energy Agency ought to regard Iran's report on its nuclear programs from the technical point, and withstand from precipitate conclusions, said Hamid Reza Assefi, Foreign Ministry spokesman.

Iran has offered the IAEA exhaustive information about its civil-oriented nuclear R&D, and hopes no a priori estimations will be made as the agency Board of Governors analyzes the paper at its upcoming session. If the board chooses not to seal the Iranian file, that will mean IAEA experts have not made their inspections properly, said the diplomat.

As Mohamed ElBaradei, IAEA Director General, visited Iran in April, understandings were made for Iranian nuclear project inspections. They are going on dynamically, in keeping with agency resolutions. The Director General will proceed from monitoring finds and the comprehensive paper Iran offered yesterday for the report he will make at the Board session in Vienna next month. Iran will be central theme on the agenda.

Iran hopes its IAEA file will be sealed after the session, and their contacts will get on a standard footing.
